Salon Policies

Each stylist at Studio 203 Salon is an independent contractor and is responsible for their own services, fees, hours, etc. Please call each stylist directly to book your appointment.

Client Policy

Our goal is to provide each client with an excellent, customized service through our expertise and positive atmosphere. With the benefit of our clients and staff in mind, we hold the right to decline services at any time.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment could be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.

Missed Appointments

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your color appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Children Policy

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you be aware of your responsibility to watch your children and enforce appropriate behavior at all times while in the salon.  We reserve the right to decline services at any time.

Returned Checks

Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.

Fees

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please Note – Credit for salon services is not an option, including post dated checks. All checks will be deposited daily and any insufficient checks will incur a $25.00 service charge.

We are so sorry, but we do not accept Discover or American Express. However, we DO accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or checks.
